I have lived at the Residence at River Run for almost 4 months now. This apt complex had what I was looking for - a garage, central ac, pet-friendly, great location, quality apt interior, professional staff, and it is quiet! The location is superb and has easy access to walking trails around the area. Both the office & maintenance staff is responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I very much enjoy living here!
it’s been pleasant living here! Besides the noisey cars every now and then but whatcha going to do… When maintenance is needed (which is rare) they are quick to respond and quick to fix! Quiet and respectful neighbors. The complex managers are the sweetest and help you whenever it’s needed. Super easy to get a hold of anyone. Not one complaint really! Thank you!
Jessica really makes living here easy, she is always available if you have a question or concern and is happy to help! She spoils my dog with treats whenever we come up to the office. The maintenance staff is also very fast to fast at fulfilling requests and have done a great job clearing the snow!
