The Residences at Manchester Place

I just finished up a stint at The Residences at Manchester Place. It is very clean, has covered parking, and is located within walking distance to various downtown restaurants and bars. The management and staff were extremely attentive. In my time there, most issues were solved within an extremely short amount of time. You can tell that they take a lot of pride in the property and the needs of the residents. I highly recommend living here.

We recently moved to NH and needed a place to live for a few months while our house was being built. The team in the leasing office was amazingly helpful and helped us get everything set up, including furnishings, prior to our arrival. They knew we were flying in from a long distance and bent over backwards to help us including a video tour of the facilities so that when we arrived we were already familiar with the apartment and building amenities. Being new to NH, they have been incredibly helpful and made us all feel at home in a new location.

My husband Don and I cannot say enough good things about our 2+ years of living at Residences at Manchester Place. All the staff are just great to work with....both the office staff and maintenance staff are very responsive to the residents needs. We love it here.
