Amber was an absolutely amazing sales person today. Extremely impressed by her ability to redirect us with other options for our likes in decorating our new home. Offer both opinions and suggestions for color schemes and materials that best suited our needs. We walked away with the most pleasing feeling of getting exactly what we wanted. Easily the best furniture store experience I’ve ever had! We didn’t get overwhelmed by any pushy salespeople. We were approached when we felt ready and Liz was absolutely wonderful. She listened to what we were looking for and skillfully maneuvered the floor to show us things that matched our specs. She then told us where to find her when and if we were ready to make a decision. It was the most stress and pressure free environment and their team worked hard to apply any discounts we qualified for. Every person we interacted with was an absolute pleasure! We will be shopping here again for our next furniture purchase.

Levi was amazing, patient and very helpful in finding the right furniture for my needs. She was so pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Ashley for customer service, quality, and price. I was able to find the perfect living room couch, love seat, coffee table and end tables. Levi was a big help with my decision making matching colors and making it work with my new home. Also the finance team was great as well.

We called La-Z-Boy for assistance to a damaged recliner. Chris was dispatched to correct the situation. Boy correction did he do. He took the damaged part to repair/replace it. He called us if he can bring the new part regardless of the day being a Holiday! That in itself was a big plus. But the gentleman was a humble and down to earth kind gentleman. We apriciate his professional behavior and prompt service.

Chris from the service department was outstanding. He worked on my love seat by adding stuffing to the back and fixing the seat. On my husbands recliner, he also added stuffing in addition to fixing springs on both the back and the seat. He was extremely courteous and conscientious and was not satisfied until we were completely satisfied with everything. Both my love seat and my husbands recliner are now as good as new and we are extremely grateful.

Erich is very user friendly. Courteous and very attentive. Offers recommendations and choices to help make the best informed decision.
