Exceptional service and a stunning location – highly recommend! Our experience at this hotel during our wedding weekend was absolutely amazing. Not only did they allow us to use their gorgeous staircase for our photos, but they also gave us full access to the beautifully maintained grounds, which made for the perfect backdrop. What truly stood out, though, was the level of care and attentiveness from the staff. From start to finish, they made sure we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Every detail was handled with such professionalism and warmth, and our guests felt just as well taken care of. If you’re planning a wedding or special event—or even just looking for a place to relax in a beautiful setting—I can’t recommend this hotel enough. They truly helped make our weekend unforgettable!

My husband and I stayed in one of the suites this past weekend, for a little getaway. We have never stayed at a Best Western, and the reviews were mixed. WE COULDN'T BE MORE HAPPY WITH OUR STAY AND THE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WAS PROVIDED. The room was exceptionally clean. We needed more towels and they brought them right to our room. We had a Jacuzzi in our room, there was plenty of hot water we never ran out. The front desk receptionist was very kind. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but we did check it out. The area was very clean and the water was clear. The breakfast was fresh and very good. It is near many restaurants and right off the highway. We will be back!

We stayed 1 night at Best Western in Manchester NH!!!!! What a great place to stay! We were greeted warmly at our late checkin at 9 p.m. Room was incredibly comfortable and clean! Beds very comfortable! Excellent air flow/air conditioning. Fridge and Microwave. Quality hygiene products provided. We could not have been more pleased with our stay!!!! We slept so well!! We did not hear any noise at all. Breakfast was included and was simply amazing! The coffee was terrific. We will stay here again soon when flying in/out of Boston airport. Clearly, whomever is managing this Best Western is doing a fantastic job. Thank You!!!

This hotel was phenomenal! Great location, professional service, and excellent accommodations. Parking was a breeze and there are great places to eat or visit within a very short walking distance. Stephanie greeted me every morning with a smile, fun conversation, and spectacular service when called upon that made me feel like I was a VIP. When I come back to Manchester, I will stay here every time.

Facility was beautiful and well maintained, staff was very friendly and helpful, and our room was incredibly clean!! Not to mention it was probably the most beautiful, clean, comfortable hotel room I've ever stayed in. Conveniently located with places to eat within a few minutes walking distance. Would absolutely stay there again.

Jake is the best bartender collectively! His vibe is rad, drinks are fantastic and we just kept coming back all weekend! 10/10 would recommend this hotel bar as long as Jake is working!

HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS & SUITES MANCHESTER-AIRPORT REVIEWS

We came in with a group of motorcyclist arriving at different times. We needed a downstairs room for one of our riders and even though they were booked solid, Hoor at the front desk was more than helpful and gave us a ground floor room. When he arrived, she was extremely helpful in assisting him. When it was time for us to order food to be delivered, she was once again extremely helpful giving us menus to a couple different restaurants. As I said we were riding motorcycles, had ridden a good share of the day in the rain and we were all exhausted and couldn’t wait to get to our rooms. We were greeted by Hoor with a smile on her face and got us all checked in with ease. She’s definitely an asset to this establishment. Our whole group loved her.

What a difference a day makes! After a not-so-great experience at another Holiday Inn Express in Biddeford, this one in Manchester was a total win. The hotel has been freshly renovated – the rooms and bathrooms look fantastic, clean, and modern. Easily the best hotel room we’ve had on this trip so far. The staff was friendly and helpful – storing our luggage for the day was no issue at all.

As soon as we got there we were greeted by Harry or Henry at the front desk and he was very helpful and took his job very seriously and made us feel welcomed. Rooms are super clean , the breakfast is very good. I would absolutely return and would highly recommend this hotel.
