Thank you for the greatest rental I have ever had! The leasing office staff are all extremely kind and thankful for their kindness. My building is quiet, clean, and comfortable to live in. I have nothing but great things to say about Colonial Village. Any concern I’ve ever had, they promptly get back to me & don’t make me feel bad in any way for them. They are friendly and professional. My apartment was immaculate within move in and every maintenance request was met. Thankful to have a place I can call home and feel safe here. Thank you!.

I’ve had an amazing experience with the Colonial Village Management Team and Community. They strive to facilitate a sense of community with frequent family friendly community events, they’re engaged with each building and anything that might be going on therein. They strive to maintain a safe, well-maintained, community. They’re efficient with any service related requests. And they’re a very dog friendly community. The dog owners have all been responsible dog owners with walking and cleaning up after the dogs also.

I loved living here. It’s been a while since I’ve lived at CV but they really do take care of their tenants. I felt at home, safe, and it was quiet. Lamar was my favorite agent working at the office. I appreciate the entire staff!.

THE RESIDENCES AT MANCHESTER PLACE REVIEWS

I lived here for the past year while attending graduate school and was really impressed with the management team. They genuinely care about building a sense of community, decorating for holidays, organizing events, and even hosting breakfast and pizza parties. Their effort made living here enjoyable. The location was great—I loved being close to my school, yoga studio, and downtown. The apartments are nice, and maintenance is easy to reach and very responsive. The heating and cooling system is a bit quirky. On the ground (2nd) floor, I never needed AC, but winters were very chilly, likely due to the large windows. If you're moving into a ground floor unit, expect to keep the heat on regularly.

The staff who work here are caring, professional, respond quickly to phone calls, and are always willing to go above and beyond. The grounds are well taken care of. The view from our apartment is amazing. The floor to almost ceiling windows all throughout make it our favorite place we have lived. When we are inside of our apartment you can't hear the neighbors much, the builders did a great job soundproofing. The high ceilings and the overall size of our apartment is spacious. The building is locked and secured. There is a nice gym and game room. We love living here, and do not plan to move out for a long time.

At first glance the building outside is immaculate, the inside is a whole another ball game. Personal gym access, movie theater access, and community of amazing people around you. Also the I 93 south is really access from the building.

GREENVIEW VILLAGE APARTMENTS REVIEWS

This is the perfect commuter location, the community is made of all culdesacs so there's never traffic. Quiet, nice to walk around the neighborhood, i feel safe, and the amenities are a perk as well. Perfect location if you want to stay near Manchester but not in the city, and close enough to the mountains! I love it here. The Property Manager, Kim, is incredible!.

We appreciate the immediate response to our request to replace a slat that had broken off on the blinds on the patio door. It has been such a pleasure to have such caring office staff and maintenance men, we are very happy that we chose Greenview Village as our new home. Thank you all again!.

Kim, Jasmine, Kayla (office) and James (maintenance) are exceptional! They are always fast to respond, very friendly and take care of any needs/concerns/issues immediately. We love living here!.
