Best Appliance Repair in Jersey City

Hi, We were assigned Sam to assist with our dryer that wasn't giving heat. He was as professional and nice and informative as you could possibly want from a repair person. I was very pleasantly and surprisingly appreciative of both his knowledge, his work ethic and his timeliness - so rare in this area of work. We want to thank Sam. What a great experience and not an ounce of any anxiety or concern. He said he'd be there at a certain time - and he was there right ON TIME! They gave me an hour window, which most would give 4-6 hour window. He was able to fix our dryer with diligence and vast experience. Sam, THANK YOU!

I had a great experience with Vision repairing a mini-fridge I have that was leaking! The technician was right on time and explained everything he was doing, was upfront about the costs, and he let me know what I could do to prevent the problem from happening again in the future. I found their pricing to be very reasonable compared to the other 5-6 companies I researched, and I would definitely use them again! :)

I used Mr. Appliance to repair my LG Dishwasher. They were extremely easy to schedule with and had available time close to the date I called. My building needs COIs and they sent it the next morning - I was amazed. The day before the appointment, they sent me a picture of the technician and told me when he'd be arriving. The day of the appointment, they sent me a text along with a picture, to let me know he was on his way. Always on time! He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, order the part, and then schedule the fix. Would not hesitate to work with them again, and the technician, Pawel, was very skilled and kind.

Craig and Paul were awesome! They were quick, efficient and explained the whole process as they worked. They were able to complete the repair without having to remove gas lines, duct work, and most importantly fixing the issue so the washing machine could work as intended. I will definitely be calling them back for any future repairs if needed

My refrigerator died unexpectedly. The technician came soon after I called. He fixed it quickly and competently. The fridge was back and working perfectly. The service was excellent!
