They showed us images of where the water was coming in, and explained what was needed to fix the problem. Their process for the scheduling, prep, and work was the most efficient I had ever experience. From parking permits, to the day of and to clean up. Extremely professional and responsive. Damian was very clear and upfront with cost and the whole process in general. His foreman explained every step of the way. Identified any issues that needed to be resolved. He told us the vents that were previously there were doing nothing and replaced it with turbine vents free of charge. Identify some piping issues that from the bathroom vents to ceiling where he recommend us call a plumber right away.
