I have had multiple wonderful experiences here. The staff have always been very kind, very patient and very helpful. They've fixed my computer on multiple occasions, most recently I couldn't connect to Internet on my computer anymore and Michael fixed it in less than 10 minutes and also gave me some tips about malware detection.
