MR. APPLIANCE OF LAFAYETTE REVIEWS

I contacted Mr. Appliance to fix an issue with my Whirlpool. A technician was assigned the day after contacting them and he was able to come out to diagnose the issue. Not enough water was getting in to the drum. So Mr. Joseph, my tech, ordered the part. It took about a week for the part to come in but the second it did, I was contacted to set up an appointment for the part installation. Mr. Appliance was very easy to communicate with. Mrs. Janet was very helpful answering any questions I had and Mr. Joseph did an excellent and professional job fixing the washer. I would definitely recommend this business.

I’m am very pleased with the service provided by Mr. Appliance! A burner went out on my Jenn Air range so I called Mr. Appliance. Excellent customer service while scheduling and Sloan the technician they sent did a wonderful job! Sloan was on time, professional, took his time diagnosing the issue and is an excellent representative for the company. Hopefully we won’t have any other appliance repair needs but if we do I will be calling Mr. Appliance.

I was very happy with the ease of making an appointment, the initial visit to uncover the problem with my ice maker, and the repair work that the technician, Sloan, did. Sloan was fast, neat, and very pleasant. I would use Mr Appliance again.

MITCH ROMERO'S APPLIANCE & A/C SERVICE REVIEWS

Arthur came to diagnose a problem with my new Whirlpool Dryer. I had by mistake pushed a Terry Cloth head sweat band down with the lint screen without realizing. I knew I was short 1 headband, I had looked everywhere. He found the headband in just a few minutes and my problem was solved - Great, prompt service! Will definitely use this company again with no hesitation.

Highly recommend. Tony was excellent and clearly communicated schedule time, issue, and resolution. They had to order a few parts, and not once did I have to call to check on the status. Area around where they repaired washer was left clean and in order..

Great customer service. Kevin was my technician. He had excellent customer service, great communication and got the job done quickly. Highly Recommend Mitch Romero's Appliance.

I had a refrigerator in my garage that was giving me trouble, so I tried some YouTube mechanics on it with no success. Mark took the time to stay on the phone with me and walk me through everything I needed to consider, he called me back to check on if his recommendations worked or not, and said he would be happy to come by and take a look at it if it still wasn’t working. Mark did all of this not because he didn’t want the job……he did it because he is a good, honest guy that wanted to help and save me a little money. There is no doubt who I will call when I have an issue.

Had fridge issue on weekend night. He called within minutes of leaving message. He patiently tried to walk me through some quick checks and then said he would come out on a Sunday morning. He was extremely nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Call him.

Mark was awesome! I needed someone to fix my AC and he was recommended to me, by multiple people who have used him in the past. He was quick, professional, and was always on top of communication! Definitely recommend.

Mark was prompt and professional in every aspect and did a thorough diagnosis on our refrigerator. He kept me informed of each step of the process. When checking for part availability, he found one of the parts was no longer produced and instead of proceeding, he explained because of the age of the fridge more parts were likely to be discontinued. As he was replacing the parts he needed to remove during diagnosis , he wiped everything down and left the area very clean. His honesty about part availability kept me from sending good money after bad and I am very appreciative. Mark will be my first call in the future. - Reid. Reply
