Zachery T did a fantastic job fixing my boiler. He is very patient, knowledgeable, and customer-friendly. He responded promptly to my questions, even a few days after the service. Kyle has done exceptional job in installing a new gas boiler. He is one many army, completed every thing end to end with flawless execution. He is patient in educating me about new boiler. Not just his work, he is so professional to keep the house intact and clean after work. I highly recommend sanford for your next hvac project.

Sanford previously installed two whole-house heat pumps, and it was time for their annual maintenance under the service contract. Technician Mike came out to service them. Communication was good, I received reminders and a call when Mike was on his way, as well as a message with his photo, and some background on him. Mike was efficient and friendly, did a great job on checking the equipment, overall he was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Sanford, I always feel I get a good product and service for a reasonable price.

Kyle and his partner did an excellent job installing my mini split. very courteous, polite and professional. they put booties on every time they enterd the house and cleaned up the area completely when finished. We are very very satisfied and would highly recommend them and Sanford moving forward.

AL TERRY PLUMBING, HEATING & AC REVIEWS

Al Terry has been excellent. My 23 year old High Velocity AC Failed, they did some basic repair attempts and quickly recommended replacement due to age. I agreed. AC installation cost has essentially doubled since 2020 due to inflation and government environmental mandates so I got 3 estimates. 2 of the 3 were nearly identical so stuck with Al Terry since they were familiar with the situation. Everyone was polite, helpful and professional. Installation of my system took 2 solid days, the installers were great. Got it running just in time, going to be 93 degrees tomorrow! Appreciate the nice Veterans Discount.

The tech came out and diagnosed the issue and checked all functions of our system. He replaced the thermostat and advised us how to operate the system better. We were in a tight spot and he got the job done in time. Very happy with the results.

The team from Al Terry Plumbing was excellent. We had a mini split system installed and they were here for 4 days. They were prompt, hardworking and professional. They cleaned up before leaving each day. They kept us informed through the whole process. 5 stars.

Twice AJ Leblanc has serviced my HE furnace and twice they have been courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They are fairly priced and even call me annually to setup the appointment. David H and everyone else I’ve worked with from them has been a pleasure to do business with.
