I have been looking for an appliance repair company for some time now. I saw a Facebook posting recommending CitySide Appliance. They answered the phone right away, answered all my questions and was very friendly on the phone. The repair individual was on time, respectful, and was able to fix the Refrigerator issue right away. I highly recommend CitySide Appliance and will be using them again in the future.

Deeply grateful to them for coming out the same day when our freezer broke. We had a large quantity of food for our baby stored in the freezer and I was terrified we were going to lose it. They had a very professional tech to our home in under two hours who promptly diagnosed the issue and made the repair. So appreciative that our freezer is up and running!! Thank you!!

They showed up at the early end of the agreed upon window of time. They were very knowledgeable & extremely professional. The service took no time at all. We’ll definitely use them again if we have issues with any other appliances!
