Sears Appliance Repair

I was stuck with no oven on Thursday before Christmas. I called Sears and they sent someone over the next day! Mark was awesome! He was pleasant and so knowledgeable. He showed me what happened to my oven and my dishwasher. He had the parts at hand and fixed it quickly! I highly recommend Sears!

The technician kept me up-to-date on his estimated arrival time and since he was running ahead of schedule had even let me know he'd arrive earlier than expected. He ran many diagnostic tests, informed me of possible reasons for the issue I was having with my washer and offered several solutions that could help the situation. He didn't appear to be rushed and seemed to do a very thorough job during this service appointment. I was very pleased with the service.

The service man called ahead to let us know the time frame and then arrived ahead of time. He completed the installation of the new part and corrected a noise from the door spring and was done very quickly. We were very happy with this service.
