3 Best Assisted Living Facilities in Newport Beach, CA

I could literally go on for days about how wonderful Atria Newport Beach is. This is not assisted living like your parents scared you about. Atria Newport Beach is like a full-service five-star hotel/apartment complex discreetly offering elder care support as needed, as well as amazing food and beautifully planned events and activities...but this isn't what sets it apart. This place is full of people with the most enormous hearts. My mother was incredibly challenging to care for, and every last person -- from the directors to care staff to the concierge and the restaurant servers -- interacted with her with grace and patience. This place is not a facility, it's a community that wraps its residents in love. My mom passed away a few weeks ago after spending the last year of her life here, and part of my grief is the realization that I will not get to see the folks at Atria on a regular basis anymore. Without doubt, Atria Newport Beach should be at the top of the list for anyone considering residential care options for a loved one in Orange County.

The decision to place a loved one into an assisted living facility is very concerning. Worries about health, security, comfort, and community are just a few of the concerns. But the decision to move my sister into Atria, Newport Beach, however, was and still is, the best decision I made to reduce those concerns. Everything from the friendly and helpful staff, to a beautiful building and facility, to an engaging community, and not in the least, to the wonderful meals and food available, have all been confirmation of that decision. Anyone looking for a welcoming and satisfying location should at least take a look because you won’t be disappointed.

Atria Newport Beach is a spectacularly beautiful senior living facility. It looks more like a world class hotel, and has an amazing collection trained staff who expertly provide all the comforts of home with joy, kindness and respect. It has set a new standard in the senior living arena to a whole new level.
