Vidal was an absolute rockstar! He was great to work with—super communicative from start to finish, always keeping me in the loop with clear updates. His logistics skills? Unreal. The guy’s a wizard at coordinating everything, making sure it all runs like clockwork. And when it came to placing items, he had this incredible eye for detail—everything ended up exactly where it needed to be, no fuss, no stress. Honestly, he went above and beyond; he even improvised some clever solutions on the fly that I didn’t even think were possible. The man’s a gem—humble too, doesn’t flaunt how good he is. Between you and me, the company should really take a closer look at him; someone with that kind of talent deserves a little extra recognition - Highly recommend him for anything you throw his way!

Great party equipment rentals. Planned a 40th surprise party a month ago for my husband. They have everything from outdoor furniture, tables, decorative wine barrels, lights (includes installation service) flooring and tenting. Their prices are fair. Kim was okay to work with but very strict when it came to delivery time (stressful when planning a surprise party) overall they had a huge selection with fair prices. Pickup and deliveries are unavailable Sunday and Mondays. Location is easily accessible on Fairview st.

Baker is my go-to for all of my rental needs. It's very convenient to order my items on-line. I like the flexibility to pick up in person, but I have used their delivery service for large parties. Their staff have always been friendly & conscientious to me.

Carlos and his team are the absolute best! I’ve used them for banquets, engagement parties, and business events. I’ve rented chairs and linens from them. Carlos even pulled off getting us 320 more chairs for our end of the year banquet a day before our event(!!) Their team has great communication, they are punctual and extremely attentive when items are needed. The rental process is smooth and Carlos responds so quickly. I will continue to use them for all of my future events and will refer them to anyone who needs rental services. You will always recieve 5 star services from Click Event Rentals — I highly highly recommend!

APEX TENT AND PARTY REVIEWS

Apex is great! They came recommended to us by our venue and trust us when we say we shopped around for dance floors and other rentals - they are the ones that offer the best industry price. In addition to our dance floor, we got our tablecloths, napkins, drinking glasses, plates, forks and knives from them and they dropped off and picked up at our slightly remote venue without needing to coordinate the date and time with us, which was very helpful. Lisa and Ali were both extremely communicative and quick over email, too. Thanks Apex!

I have used Apex several times for parties. They have a large selection of products from very rustic vintage furniture (which I am using for Scottish theme party) to crisp white linens (which I used for bridal shower). Their furniture was spotless and so were the linens and delivered and picked up on time. Also used popcorn machine and mason jars. The staff was super helpful and sweet. Will use them again for my next party!

Very helpful staff, amazing prices ordered farm tables for our wedding they were gorgeous!
