Sonoma House's setup was interesting. They were setup with different houses, and they were actually physically different buildings for different stages. The staff was really good, and I met with the director; he was really good and helpful. Everybody seemed great, and the grounds were very nice. It was also convenient to my home, and I was very impressed with it. The dining room was nice and each house had its own dining room and chef. I would highly recommend it.
I have a family friend that lives at Sonoma House and I've visited there often. The caregivers are always friendly and helpful, and seem to truly care for the residents. If my grandmother lived in town this is were I would want her to be.
My mother has a greater sense of well-being and feels like she’s part of a community. When I visit, I see familiar faces taking good care of the residents. This continuity fosters a positive environment for everyone.
