So they've been understanding about some very difficult travel issues that I had before I got here and also sent someone from MANAGEMENT to check out a concern. I had about my room within less than 10 minutes or so I believe so I appreciate that very much and thank you. I don't know if they can get Google to recognize their email address or something that was the only thing that I got frustrated about really and it wasn't even their fault is that they said they had sent an email which did not deliver in my Spam filter picked it up. this place is no longer brand new but it still looks in pretty good shape and just I can tell the construction and materials that were used are pretty authentic and sturdy like for example there's real tile floors. This is not a cheaply built building. seems to have good soundproofing..

Elevator is working as of October 2024! Yay! The toilet did scream like a banshee, but everything else worked as expected. The tub in room is the best feature. Pro tip: there's an amazing, paved walking trail with wildflowers behind The View apartments. Just walk out of The One, go right, be careful crossing Raiford road!, take a quick right or left and then go behind The View for an urban trail with ducks, rabbits, cranes, squirrels, and that's just what I saw today. Please don't litter and leave it like you found it. Closer to dawn is a much nicer walk from May-October due to bright bright Texas sunshine. Follow the blue trail to Nob Hill Green (maybe .25 mi?) to a pond with Urban Fishing! Licence required, but QR code on sign has a quick link to buy one. Get tackle and poles at Walmart, also walking distance from The One!! Incredible area with tons of excellent food (try BB.Q Chicken for the best dang Korean fried chicken ANYWHERE - it's almost directly across Old Denton Rd from the hotel). Yes I've been here a lot, lol.

I had such an amazing stay! ^_^ It was gorgeous! I stayed in room 211, everything was perfect. One little thing- just that the light on the bed didn't light up all the way, that makes it glow- but this room was GORGEOUS. So clean, the biggest most romantic amazing bathtub ever, and super friendly staff. I didn't get to check out the bar upstairs but it was so gorgeous and the spa was phenomenal. We will be back.

My husband and Ilove this place! We ran away from home for a little weekend getaway and had a great time! We stayed in lucky room 301. Room was clean, great customer service & close by different places or food and entertainment. We're already planning our next stay... with the hot tub in the room.

My room was clean, bed was extremely comfortable. I was right across from the elevator and heard absolutely nothing for the entire stay.

We stayed one night in the king smoking room and loved it. The hotel itself was beautiful and remodeled. Our room was spacious and clean and I was so shocked because the price was so low! This will definitely be our go to hotel during every visit from now on.
