KEYSTONE AT CASTLE HILLS REVIEWS

I want to take a moment to recognize the fantastic maintenance staff & their hard work. A special shout-out to the manager, Eric, who was exceptional in addressing my feedback. He was incredibly prompt in addressing all my concerns. The property itself is wonderful, and the staff is friendly and now fully staffed, which means responses are fantastic. I love the community events they organize, like pool parties, wine socials, and even food trucks. The amenities are great and very family-friendly. It's heartwarming to see the kids playing and riding bikes, as well as families enjoying walks around the spacious property I also think it’s great that they have J Plugs for electric cars, plus playgrounds for kids and pets. The pet waste bins are always stocked with bags, which I find really considerate. I just wish SOME pet owners would actually use what’s provided!.

I saw the property online Tuesday, called and spoke with Mrs.Kathy Morale and scheduled appointment to view the property for Wednesday. By Wednesday evening had my approval and by Friday I was able to sign my lease! I even brought 2 of my co workers over to see the property who will potentially lease here! My experience so far has been amazing! Ms.Kathy was able to answer all my questions in a timely manner that resulted in a smooth, quick, and painless experience. Finding a new home can be stressful this experience has been a breath of fresh air!.

Anna has been so very kind, especially patient in helping me complete the application on my phone. I can only give her 5 stars. I’d give her 10 if I could!.

Just wanted to share the experience I had with the new maintenance man that came here to Creekside 121 with the new management company. His name is Henry. This is a problem I’ve been dealing with since I moved here and I have just been ignored. My A/C in front room/office wasn’t cooling. First thing Henry did was come in here and clean out the master vents. This has not been done ever when I had complained about this previously. Henry, thank you for helping me with this. You really are a rock star!! Very knowledgeable and took time to explain and show pictures of what he cleaned out of the vents that was blocking air flow. It is so refreshing when someone truly values their work and relationship with tenants. Kudos to you, Henry!! Thank you so much!.

Lived here two years, going on a third, and it’s been wonderful. Maintenance always handled in a timely fashion. Feel comfortable walking around and to the park nearby. Just right for my wife and I. Really grateful for Devon from the new management team today, as I missed signing our lease renewal and he caught it to help me avoid paying a fee. Keep up the great work!.

Tiffany was amazing! She showed my wife and I the apartments that would best fit our family. She was sweet and personable. She made sure to give us all of the information we needed for the property and the schools for our child. If I could give Tiffany a 10/10 I would. I highly recommend Tiffany to be your leasing agent.

WINDSOR CASTLE HILLS APARTMENTS REVIEWS

We had a chance to check out an apartment yesterday using the self guided tour feature. The process was a breeze and we appreciated being able to do so within the hour of when we wanted to. Today, we were helped by Holly on the phone who not only answered all our questions but very patiently and comprehensively did a virtual tour. Really appreciate all the help she provided as well as finding us a unit that meet all our needs save one and that requirement was also not a deal breaker. I'm really looking forward to making the place or next home. Thank you Holly for the fun chat and all the information.

Loann been helping me moving into a bigger apartment. Been living here for 2 years and would like to stay longer. I love how management listens to our necessary requests. They keep trying to innovate the condo with new things like the app to open the gates and new dog parks. I highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting peace and a modern living space.
