This Caliber collision is amazing, Farmers originally assigned my claim to Caliber collision in Anaheim Hills, CA 92807 on La Palma. That Location has some snooty front desk reps who looked annoyed that Interrupted their chit chat time. So I told them to F off and took my truck to this Caliber Collision. These front desk reps greeted me with excitement, friendliness and did an amazing job on my truck. My Rep Justine kept me informed the whole time and was a little extra on the communication. Not all Caliber Collisions are the same but management at this facility knows what they are doing. Great Job Caliber Collision team.
I had a great experience at Caliber Collision. I was initially being helped by Shawn but sometime during the process of my car being fix, he was transferred and Lisa took over. She did an awesome job keeping me updated and I received my car on the day it was promised. Thank you Lisa and team!
