The acquisition has been devastating. Once an incredible company operating at the highest levels of customer service is now deplorable. After FOUR (yes, 4) attempts to get my window right, the remote controlled blind is now inoperable and no one will return my calls.

Professional, responsive, friendly, and trustworthy- enough can’t be said about our experience! Scott is the man!Highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality window installation.

Have to give a huge shout out to this 5 Star installation team: George, Frank, Mark, Ernie and Giovanni!! These guys did an amazing job, delivery, installation, finishing and cleanup. Professional, great work ethic and have fun doing their work. The Anlin - Catalina windows look beautiful. I had them put in a modular and make it look Amazing. Knowledgeable team that travel to the far East of kern county, not many do that. The company definitely puts their customers satisfaction a priority. Appreciate the teamwork of Paul, Randy and Cathi at Metropolitan, this customer is extremely satisfied.

Metropolitan made my window upgrade seamless. They were very patient with my detailed questions, were on time for measurements and install. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and pleasant. The Anlin window was a perfect fit and a huge upgrade.

Perry the technician was very professional and did an outstanding job fixing my sliding glass door. I’ve had metropolitan windows for years and very happy with them.

Then the expert duo who came to install the door were super. I knew it would be challenging because nothing was plumb but Jose and his asst. did an excellent job. They were very thorough and neat and I'm very pleased with the results. Thank you.
