Highly recommend this family owned business providing excellent customer service and great prices without aggressive sales tactics or upselling! I stopped by with my mom, a few minutes before they closed. They allowed us to browse at our leisure. Respectfully directed their questions to my elderly disability mom, the customer, instead of me. Patiently communicating with her via her written responses because of her speech disability. Asked what she was looking for and ultimately helped her decide between a more expensive vs less expensive option, recommending the least expensive one!! They provided delivery in days and went way above and beyond for delivery and set up. One of the owners accompanied the delivery guys and offered to help my mom with other heavy things that needed to be moved. He made sure she understood how to use the bed controls. He genuinely complemented her art work and landscaping, and he insisted I contact him if my mom had any problems with the bed. The husband and wife owners treated my mom like a precious family member. I get the sense that’s how they do business for all. Don’t use a big box bed & mattress store. This business has better prices and deserves our business. Customer service is not dead, it’s just harder to find.

It finally happened. The thing that I dreaded. My mattress had officially died, and was now poking me with popped springs, to the point that I dreamt that I was getting stabbed. Luckily, my brother-in-law had positive experiences with Vince and Stacy. So, I made my way to their warehouse store to see what they could offer me. Vince first asked me what I was looking for, then made me lie down on all of the options. He explained the benefits of each and every one, until I could make a wise decision for myself. Vince’s knowledge and positive energy made me feel empowered and comfortable shopping with him. When the time came to get my new mattress and box spring, he delivered it himself! Vince even took away the old mattress and box spring for free. What started out as a miserable experience, became a wonderful encounter. I love my new mattress set, and I can assure you that it is literally the best that I have ever owned! Thank you, Vince and Stacy, for your guidance and help. I gladly recommend their business to anyone. You won’t be disappointed.

We had such a great experience at both our visits at Sit N Sleep Brea! Initially we spoke with Sharon and she was friendly and knowledgeable. When she found out we might have had a warranty on our current mattress from a different store, she encouraged us to pursue that. When we learned we weren’t able to redeem the warranty, we went back to sit n sleep and had a great experience with Josh. He took ample time talking us through different mattresses. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this store!.

After having a bad back for years, I wasn’t looking forward to going through the process of trying out a lot of mattresses to get to the right one for me. Tyson was extremely knowledgeable and oh so patient with my endless questions. He never tried to rush me or pressure me into buying something I wasn’t sure about. In the end I felt confident that the mattress I got will be great. I can’t thank Tyson enough for all the help he gave me today. I highly recommend Sit & Sleep and Tyson, in particular.

Sit and Sleep in Brea did an excellent job in helping me find the right mattress. Service was outstanding. Delivery was exceptional and fast. Since I had done price comparisons, I found their prices competitive. Josh, the salesman, was well-informed and patient. Service and delivery- A+.
