After touring so many other apartments, I’m so happy I found Paramount Platinum Triangle. I have lived here for almost 2 years and it has been an amazing experience. The one thing that struck out compared to other apartments is how clean , fancy, spacious and new everything looks. The amenities like the gym and pool are spotless and always in perfect working order. I would also like to shout out the leasing team, especially Cody. They are always friendly, responsive, and they genuinely care about residents. Any maintenance requests or inquiries are handled quickly. I genuinely love love living here and can’t see any downsides. Highly, highly recommend!!!!!.

Hard work often goes unnoticed especially in apartment complexes. I’ve worked with dozens of leasing agents and lived in two apartments prior to this. But no leasing agent has come close to how helpful Cody has been. From the first tour, to the paperwork, timely responses, friendliness, and the utmost professionalism, I can truly say he is the best leasing agent I have ever worked with. Big shoutout to him and his hard work. Secondly, another huge shoutout to the security guard, Angel. Constantly patrolling the area and very aware of his surroundings. Super common for apartment security to be lazy and be unheard of by the residents. Angel was extremely help for my new move in especially when we had trouble with our parking spot the first day. I am not someone who leaves reviews a lot but I truly believe these two gentleman are prime examples of workers who can never be replaced. Thanks to both of them and I’m excited to start my journey at The Paramount!.

I had a great experience with the service at this apartment. The management team was very responsive and quickly addressed the water leakages I reported. They sent a technician who efficiently fixed the leaks and made sure everything was properly sealed, preventing any future issues. They also replaced the faulty shower handle with a new one. Cody has always been helpful whenever I have any questions or concerns regarding the apartment, making communication smooth and easy. The team’s attention to detail and prompt service really enhanced my stay. I’m grateful for their professionalism and commitment to making the apartment comfortable and well-maintained.

I want to express a big thank you to Breve Park’s maintenance team. Pedro and Julio are just the best. I recently needed help assessing a situation in my apartment and Julio, the maintenance director, promptly came out and took swift action to resolve the issue. Always appreciate the high level of courtesy and professionalism they bring. Also must mention Teresa who does a wonderful job keeping the facilities clean. Jose is greatly missed, but we are happy to learn that he has retired. Really value the stability, longevity, and kindness of this team. Thanks so much for your care and service!.

I highly recommend Breve Park! It is a well-maintained community with a focus on keeping its facilities clean and up to date. The grounds are regularly tended to, with green lawns, clean picnic areas, and well-maintained walking paths. The neighbors are friendly and quiet, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. I also want to commend the staff for their exceptional friendliness and responsiveness, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Absolutely love this place! Everyone I’ve spoken to on the management team has been so accommodating and kind. So are the maintenance people! There is a train nearby, but you get used to it really fast. The landscaping is beautiful, it makes for a peaceful and welcoming vibe. Also, it is seriously handy having a grocery store, entertainment, and more just minutes away. I feel so happy here, by far the best complex I’ve lived in. Thanks Breve Park! :).
