Very happy with Caliber Collision. They can be relied on to get your car repaired on time and on estimate. I never even had to sit down in the waiting area. I might have wanted to read a magazine and have a coffee but I never had the chance. They keep you informed at every step of the process and they work very well with the insurance company and the rental car company. I recommend Caliber highly.
I had to take my car back after two years on a repair they had done. I thought for sure it would become a challenge to get it fixed. I almost didn't bother bringing it back. A quick drive by, history pull, and check. I dropped my car off the next day and picked it up 4 days later (fully covered under their life time warranty) my car was as good as new!
Needed some rear bumper workdone after I was rear ended. Soma was great to work with and my car was ready three days early. They do great work but I hope I never need them again.
