I went to Higgins after my accident (damage to the front bumper) and they told me they had the parts available & it would take 2-3 days and they stayed true to their word! I got text updates on the progress, clear communication, answered every question we had, and they communicated with the insurance and coordinated the rental car, so we literally did not have to lift a finger. Our car looks practically brand new! We also got our car cleaned inside and out which is a bonus for us. They are amazing and I will absolutely be reaching out for anything that we need!

I am very pleased with how everything turned out. Their shop/office was comfortable, clean and welcoming. Patricia was great to work with. Unfortunately I was rear ended. The people at this shop were efficient as ever. They didn’t cut corners and the price was even lower than I was originally quoted. My truck was in and out quickly. This still blows my mind because it was done so fast over a holiday AND a weekend. It was returned to me looking brand new! I don’t hope for anyone to get in an accident but if they do I know where to send them. Thank you all for doing such quality work.

I have Bear River insurance and Higgins body works with them. They’ve done a great job communicating with me through every step of repairing my car since my son crushed it. I definitely recommend this place if you want somebody to really take your time they know what they’re doing and have great customer service.
