If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I don’t even know where to begin. Sohvana is hands down the NICEST human being I’ve ever met. We came to tour the apartment and instantly fell in love with it, but what really sealed the deal was her. She went above and beyond. She made the whole experience feel so personal and warm, like we were being helped by a best friend rather than a leasing agent. I don’t even have enough kind words to describe how sweet, patient, and genuine she is. If you’re lucky enough to work with her, just know you’re in the best hands possible.

Bumped into a custodian named Sonia she was very friendly and her help in Building 1 is great. Residents should clean after themselves regardless, but its never too long before workers help make it clean again. I like when the stair cases are and smell cleaned it definitely makes a difference hopefully it becomes a regular thing. Can be a bit noisy during sleeping hours, but we will continue talking to the staff about helping with a resolution. Wish the common area will open soon.

Sonia the cleaning lady is so amazing. She is always smiling and very welcoming. She does a really good job at keeping the property clean. Every time I see her she is cleaning and has a warm smile on her face.

Just toured Enclave at Redwood Apartments and had to give a shout-out to Sherrie, the manager. She was so helpful and didn't give me that pushy sales vibe you get at most places. Sherrie actually listened to what I wanted and showed me a couple of units that fit my budget. She knows the property inside and out and even introduced me to a neighbor who seemed pretty happy living there. The whole place was clean and well-kept, which says a lot about the management. Definitely putting this place at the top of my list!

I had a great tour at Enclave, Sherrie and her team were so friendly and had some great customer service. They were happy to answer all my questions! And told me about the area. I always look for good service anywhere I go and it was nice to get that when I was there. Definitely give them a shot!!

This is such a beautiful complex with amazing staff. The maintenance crew is always on top of it and quick to resolve any maintenance issues. The leasing staff in the office is wonderful as well, very nice to talk to and they have the cutest decorations for holidays!!
