3 Best Home Builders in West Valley City, UT

My wife and I very recently, built a home through Perry Homes. We had an overall great experience. There were a few communication issues, but that is to be had with nearly any homebuilder. Perry Homes was very accomodating to any wants/needs with the homes that we saw. When we signed, we were told it would take 4-6 months to build, overall from dig date it took about 4.5 months, which is incredible! I know this would'nt be the case everytime, but knowing it can be is great! The overall build quality is great, we occasionaly noticed things whiel building and they would be addressed prior to us bringing them up. The Project Manager & Realtor we worked with were extraordinary and kept us in the loop on what was happening throughout the build process.

We recently built with Perry Homes and had a wonderful experience. They communicated with us every step of the way. Our questions were answered. Our expectations were not only met, but exceeded. When we had inquiries about additional elements we could add to the build, they worked with us. In comparison to other home builders we have seen friends and family use, Perry seemed to give us a lot more options on every stage of the build. Working with Perry Homes was a great experience. They have an amazing product. We love our new home! Communication could improve, we didn’t feel like we received very many updates throughout the process. Our closing date got pushed a few times, which with a new build isn’t a huge deal, but the reasons why weren’t clearly communicated to us which felt frustrating at times. Overall we are happy and working with Jaxson was pleasant, he was professional and understanding.

Our experience building a home with Hamlet Homes has been extremely positive. I heard stories from friends using other builders about mistakes, long delays, missed deadlines, and sites that were not well cared for, but our experience was the complete opposite. Our site was always clean and properly cared for, and the team at Hamlet Homes keeps you informed every step of the way. We got an update on the progress of our home every week and could ask any questions we had throughout the process. Our home was completed the day they told us it would be, allowing us to move in right on schedule. The punch list items were minimal and everything has been smooth since we moved in a few weeks ago. Would highly recommend Hamlet Homes to anyone considering building a new home.

I built with Hamlet Homes 9 years ago and still live in the same home. It is a great home! I have never had problem with it. The building process was very smooth. The coordination between our sales rep and the construction supervisor was excellent! I would definitely build with Hamlet again. Hamlet builds very high quality homes! In my neighborhood located in Farmington, UT, there are many Hamlet Homes and also homes from other builders. From my neighbors I don't hear of many issues with their Hamlet Homes. I have heard of issues from other builder's homes. Granted any home will require general upkeep and maintenance. However in our case it has been minimal. We love our home and plan to stay here for awhile. Thanks Hamlet!.
