It was a pleasure working with West Valley City Windows! Their workers were efficient and on schedule, and they swiftly installed high-quality windows. The specialist who came to the house to take measurements noticed that one wall close to my back entrance door wasn't wide enough for the typical size of the window type I desired. This gave us the chance to discuss how to change the window's size while maintaining my ideal design. The estimate they gave me after collecting my measurements and the actual price I had to pay were the same, except from that. They charged nothing extra for the window installation service they did. I recommend that everyone in my family, friends, and neighborhood in West Valley City employ the services of this business.

It's been a while since I last experienced excellent, and I mean EXCELLENT, customer service. It's very rare to get that nowadays. But with West Valley City Windows, you're treated like a VIP no matter how much you spend with them. I only had 1 casement window installed for my small kitchen sink, but the level of professionalism and politeness they showed was truly amazing, just like how amazing the quality of their window installation job was. The measurements they took were precise. No readjustments were needed, which made the process very fast. The installation didn't take 2 hours to complete! If I want to have more windows or replace old ones for my house in West Valley City, I'll definitely call this company again.

Start to finish the whole process was easy with Home Star. We ordered our windows and the came in earlier than expected. The installation went smooth even in our older home and Brandon and Logan were so great to explain the process to our interested kids and were fast. Our home had original windows so the look has changed our house but more importantly it’s warm in our home! No drafty windows. Thanks Home Star! We’ll be back for doors soon. We had excellent service with Window world. We had all windows replaced in our entire home as well and replacing our storm door. We are very impressed with the quality of the windows and the storm door and how much warmer and quieter our home is since being installed . The total cost was very reasonable. I am very impressed with the installers Nefi and Braden who are very professional, friendly, hard working and do an excellent and clean job! We are very pleased. Everyone we spoke to from beginning to end were very helpful and friendly including Jessica. We highly recommend Window World.

We had a fabulous experience with Window World from start to finish. Jeff drove out to our home in Davis county from Utah county twice to ensure we understood the quote and had a chance to see the window options prior to purchasing. The price was very fair for a better quality window than a few competitor quotes. The windows arrived sooner than expected and Tag and Casey did an excellent job. In just two days they had carefully removed our old aluminum windows and replaced them with 20 new gems! They were friendly, trustworthy, clean and went above and beyond to perfect the installed windows. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process. Great company! Highly recommend!!!.

We had new windows put in our whole house plus a sliding door a week ago. We love our windows. We have already noticed that our house is staying warmer and so much quieter since the install. Jeff was our salesman and he was great and stopped by both days during installation. The 2 installers, Tag and Casey were absolutely amazing and wonderful. We had an issue with 2 windows and our shutters and they corrected the problem. I consider them miracle workers. They were so kind and respectful of my home. They cleaned up both days they were here and left my home very clean after the install. I can't thank those 2 young men enough for the professional job that they did. Tag and Casey are the BEST!!!.
