Once again, Walter and everyone at Universal went above and beyond to repair, repaint and return my car back to looking even better than brand new! A couple years of parking lot mishaps and scrapped up wheels had left my car looking a little beat up. Then the front bumper got dislodged and I came to Walter at Universal for help. They wasted no time dealing directly with my insurance and struck a great settlement. The rest is history and the proof is in results shown in the pics. My car has its mojo back! These people not only do exceptional work but they are also super friendly and totally accommodating. They take utmost care of both my car and my daughters Jeep: one of their specialties!

Amazing service. Car looks better than before the accident. Walter and his team were very professional and take great pride in their work. Also very seamless with Stare Farm process as they are a Preferred repair shop which simplified and expedited the process.
