I’ve lived in several multifamily buildings similar to Urby, but none have come close to matching the level of quality and service that Urby provides. I’m only leaving because I’m relocating out of state; otherwise, I would absolutely continue living here. Everything in the building operates as it should – from the leasing office to the maintenance team, the cleaning crew, and the front desk staff. The gym is fantastic, and I love the backyard space. The overall concept of Urby is truly outstanding. There is only one thing I do not like – the lack of balconies. Unfortunately, there are no units with balconies, which would have been a nice touch. Despite that, it’s been a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely miss it.

I actually love it here. I love my apartment. I love the staff. Super friendly and always so helpful. The gym is beautiful, nice big pool. Cleaning staff is so amazing!!! They are always cleaning and keeping things nice. Matinee crew is also awesome, they help immediately when you put an order in. Super thankful to live here.

I have no complaints with living here at Urby! The apartments are bright, modern, with great fixtures. The resident facilities are well-maintained and make the building overall a great place to live. The staff are quick to help and always have a friendly demeanor. Rocky, Matt, and Madyson are all especially kind and helpful, and their presence at the front desk is a great asset to the Urby Community. Highly recommend living at Urby.

SOFI AT 50 FOREST REVIEWS

My overall experience at 50 Forest Street was good. The facilities team was responsive to my requests and very polite. Management worked very nicely with me in extending my lease to month-to-month without it being painful. While it was expensive because it was short-term, I recommend it to others, and I would stay there again for short periods. I am leaving because I bought a condo.

One of the great things about Sofi at 50 Forest is our maintenance team. Truly exceed our expectations in turning around any issue we may be experiencing. Recently reported a problem at 7:00 am and it was fixed by 1:00 pm. Great job and thanks.

Maintenance request was handled within just an hour or two of submitting it. New faucet head was installed and solved my leaky kitchen faucet problem immediately. Thanks for the prompt service.

What really makes this place special is the exceptional management team. Jose is amazing! He treats everyone with respect and kindness, always going above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and well taken care of. His professionalism and warm personality create a welcoming environment that makes living here a joy. If you’re looking for a great place to call home in Stamford, I highly recommend Glenbrook Apartments.

Looking back at some older reviews; the current management team has done wonders to actively address all the issues left behind by the previous owners/team. I have been living here for about 4 years now. I plan on to stay for longer. The leasing & maintenance team are made up hard working individuals that bring good intentions and genuine effort to their roles. The leasing team has been continuously hospitable and flexible during internal moves (one unit to another). Special shout out from Nicole at leasing for always bringing a smile and positive outlook whenever we interact.

The maintenance team at The Parc at Glenbrook is on top of their game. They are always prompt and courteous, no matter the issue. Whether it's a routine repair or an unexpected emergency, they respond quickly and resolve problems efficiently. Stephen came to install our new washer/dryer last week and got it done super quickly, tested it to make sure it worked properly and it continues runs perfectly. The entire team ensures the building is always well-maintained. We appreciate you guys.
