The prices are great and I got some of the best customer service over the phone that I've ever had, the person who helped me was a guy named Dwayne, I was trying to buy a radiator for my 2001 Suburban and apparently there are different options, Dwayne made sure I got him all of the information necessary to make sure he sold me the right radiator, which he did, I have never received that kind of customer service at an auto parts store, thank you for the great service.

Parts guy Larelle really knew what he was doing and was very helpful to finding me the parts I needed. He also helped me find special tools and was a nice guy to work with.
