Wow, I was so impressed with the friendly service at this bagel shop. Yes, the bagel was delicious too but for me customer service takes precedence over everything and their customer service did not disappoint. Although they were busy I was greeted immediately upon entering (which is rare these days). The young lady who was busy asked a different young lady who had just approached from the back to take my order and she was just as sweet and friendly. I was there on Saturday, Aug 10th at 11:19 a.m. - I hope this provides enough detail to identify the 2 team members I encountered so that they can be recognized for providing exceptional service! Now back to the bagel...it was warm with a perfect chewy texture just the way I love my bagels and the plain cream cheese sandwiched in between just topped it off. Yummy! I will definitely return.

Came in here for Uber orders staff was super friendly from the moment I walked in to when I left great customer service highly recommend this location unfortunately I didn’t get any food cause as I stated I was picking up orders but I’m sure the food is great as well they also work great together & quickly.

My first time going to Einsteins was this week and I got bagels for work. Let's just say they were a hit. I got two Baker dozens and they were all eaten by the end of the day. My second time was today and I had two signature breakfast sandwiches and both were really good. With this location being right by my house, I'll be making sure to return again.

This is the only place in Akron where you can get genuine chewy bagels freshly baked. Go on Wednesday when a Baker's dozen is on sale. Slice the uneaten bagels and freeze them. When you thae them they will be almost as fresh as new. You can't stop by and have freshly made bagel sandwiches with a variety of inserts and toppings. My favorite bagel is the everything all

This is the morning spot to hit! Bagel sandwiches are all good, and the coffee isn't bad. Staff has always been friendly to me. Fast service, and the bagels are made from scratch.

I have been to this location multiple times and I never have to wait more than a few minutes for my food and drinks. Friendly staff and quick service. Our favorite is the French toast bagel with egg and cheese. Great affordable place to get coffee and breakfast

I have found this Panera location to be excellent! The food is tasty and a bit healthier than other fast food options. The food typically leads to a good, healthy BM later in the day. I have found the freshness of their salads and vegetable products to be exceptional compared to other Panera locations. Their bread and bagel products are always fresh too.

Well run Panera. Clean. Orders are processed quickly. Lady at the front register in the morning is always friendly. I usually get a bagel to go and it is toasted just right. Also a nice place to sit and work or sit and read while having tea. A small outdoor area to sit too.

Great place to stop in for a hot cup of coffee and enjoy a fresh bagel to go with it!
