I’ve eaten at this Einsteins for at least 10 years. About 3 times a week. I’m self employed and work all around in the area. The staff is very friendly, I don’t think my order has ever been wrong. Power bagel egg white sandwich is great with the vanilla hazelnut coffee. The ladies in the morning are always very friendly and the older lady that is the store manager is always greeting people and working hard. I will drive past the Einsteins in Frisco on Preston road and go to the Plano Parker/tollway just because it’s better. The manager and the 6 am morning crew are true assets to Einsteins!

Friendly cashiers, app is easy to use (if you download app you get a free bagel and cream cheese) (I recommend the French toast and then a strawberry) cashiers were social and joking around in back so the atmosphere for employees is great. I wish cashiers swept under service counter and re stock the milk products. Drink was ready before I left register. Big bonus. Would visit again and recommend to a friend

I absolutely love this place. I drive out of my way to go to this location. The new remodel is a fantastic fresh look. The friendliness and cleanliness is superb compacted to others, the service is fast and accurate and never a disappointment. The new management over the last few months really has turned this place around. Kudos to the new manager and exceptional team :)

Probably the best Dunkin Donuts I've been to in a long time. Service was outstanding. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Perfect flavor in my iced carmel latte and perfect amount of cream cheese on my bagel. Sounds simple but haven't had my order this perfect in years. Thank you!

The sweetest ladies work there and have amazing customer service ! Bagels are yummy!

I actually like this location. I get the Oreo iced coffee and a plain bagel and cream cheese. I am always satisfied when I go, and the staff is really nice.

Dropped in while traveling to the city from Houston and so happy we did! The bagels were the best I’ve had in Texas and the service was so lovely. Absolutely recommend checking this place out! We got the BEC, The Longhorn, and a rainbow bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Loved every bite :)

Best bagels in Texas! Since moving to Texas we’ve visited about a dozen bagel shops, Bagel Fresh Deli has the best bagels in town. Also, Margaret, always provides me with great service, and seeing June puts a smile on my face, she is always so friendly.

This place is amazing! Being a New Yorker this is the closest I’ve gotten to home. My favorite is the rosemary olive oil bagel with green onion cream cheese but honestly you can’t go wrong with anything you get here. Everything is fresh, bagels made fresh daily, muffins are amazing and the owners are absolutely amazing people. A must go for sure
