I’ve eaten at this Einsteins for at least 10 years. About 3 times a week. I’m self employed and work all around in the area. The staff is very friendly, I don’t think my order has ever been wrong. Power bagel egg white sandwich is great with the vanilla hazelnut coffee. The ladies in the morning are always very friendly and the older lady that is the store manager is always greeting people and working hard. I will drive past the Einsteins in Frisco on Preston road and go to the Plano Parker/tollway just because it’s better. The manager and the 6 am morning crew are true assets to Einsteins!.

Friendly cashiers, app is easy to use (if you download app you get a free bagel and cream cheese) (I recommend the French toast and then a strawberry) cashiers were social and joking around in back so the atmosphere for employees is great. I wish cashiers swept under service counter and re stock the milk products. Drink was ready before I left register. Big bonus. Would visit again and recommend to a friend.

I absolutely love this place. I drive out of my way to go to this location. The new remodel is a fantastic fresh look. The friendliness and cleanliness is superb compacted to others, the service is fast and accurate and never a disappointment. The new management over the last few months really has turned this place around. Kudos to the new manager and exceptional team :).

I absolutely love this place! No other bagel shop, even in New York, compares, and I’ve been to a lot. I love the variety of both bagels and cream cheese, and their sandwiches are to die for. The employees are always friendly and welcoming. If I lived closer, I’d come here literally every day.

Yes, yes, a million times, yes!! This bagel shop is stellar. My partner and I got bagel sandwiches on everything bagels and they were so delicious! We also got a cinnamon sugar bagel toasted with butter that was absolutely scrumptious. Bagel Cafe 21 is like a taste of home (New York that is).

The best bagel spot! Nothing beats their everything bagel with garlic and herb cream cheese. Y’all are the best and I’m very grateful for the consistency and drive of this small business. Y’all have improved my mornings SO many times!.

Stopped in this morning after seeing this place multiple times from the road. Even when packed on a Sunday, service was relatively quick and all employees were nice! I got the Avocado Smash and the taste was great. I love whatever spice they put on the ingredients, it really brought out the flavor of the feta. It was a bit hard to eat, just because the bagel was thick and it came out hot and falling apart, but it tasted great and was huge. I’m taking the second half of my sandwich home for later.

I always love coming here! The bagels are big, fresh, and super satisfying. My favorite is the tuna melt BLT bagel—it tastes so good, especially paired with their espresso coffee!! When I do to-go bagels, they’re always packed perfectly and stay fresh. They have a huge variety of schmears too, and honestly, every one I’ve tried has been delicious. You really can’t go wrong with anything here!!!.

We like to try different bagel cafés when traveling, and Saved by the Bagel was recommended to us. The service was friendly and the bagels were excellent. I’d rank it in the top five of the bagel places we’ve tried around the country.
