While visiting Virginia Beach, and waiting for an appointment, my husband and I stopped for lunch at The Bagel Maker in Virginia Beach. What a great find! This place is overflowing with atmosphere! Being a New York City lover, I was immediately drawn to it. After walking in, I felt as if I was truly in New York City (I'm a very impressionable person...). The NYC subway decor was brilliant, and the walls were covered with murals of vintage NYC street shots. I loved it and felt very comfortable.

We got the Long Island Lox, a half dozen bagels and an iced coffee and everything was exceptional. The counter service was friendly, educational and welcoming. We took our items to go but the seating area looked inviting, clean and had plenty of room. The iced coffee is not on their menu board and is simple and served with sweet cream. Perfect blend of a darker roast brew balanced by the sweetness and cream. I would drive the 10 minutes just for an iced coffee and a fresh bagel.

My daughter dropped her bagel on the floor and they were so kind and gave me another one for free. They are great people! We love the food at bagel baker and get bagels every Saturday here. Thankful for the kindness!.

NY BAGEL CAFE REVIEWS

There are a lot of places in Virginia Beach to get a good bagel, but only one stands out above the rest. New York bagel Cafe is to bagels what the route 58 deli was to sandwiches. From the iconic egg everything to the jalapeno cheddar (which is my favorite) poppy seed to just plain. These bagels taste like they came right out of the East village. Plump soft savory. It takes a lot of confidence to name your establishment after the best bagel city in the world, and when it comes to these bagels, they have earned the right!.

I am soooooo impressed by this little place!! Best bagel place in town, no doubt about it! The amount of options and the amount of food you get for the price is incredible. Thank you for the wonderful service and for the amazing and delicious food!! If you have never tried this place out IT’S A MUST!!! I promise you will NOT be disappointed!!!.

I’ve been brought to Kempsville from out-of-state so many damn times this year, I feel like I can give some fair recommendations. Top of my list is this place.

EINSTEIN BROS. BAGELS REVIEWS

They have good variety of Bagels and schmear. It’s located in town center and has street parking in front of the store very few but works. The store has good ambiance and has seating inside and out. They have good selection of bagels and nice coffee. My GO-TO is always Cheddar Jalapeño Bagel with jalapeño salsa and it’s Amazing!!! I tried their chile Bagel with chive and onion schmear but I liked their Jalepeno salsa schmear better…!! The service was pretty fast, most of the days it’s crowded in the morning but they are fast.

?I am writing to commend the exceptional service provided by Anthony during a recent visit to Einstein Bros. Bagels. His professionalism and attention to detail significantly enhanced the customer experience. He communicated clearly, making the ordering process efficient and pleasant. He maintained a consistently patient and respectful demeanor, even when I took time to decide on my order. His mannerisms were highly professional, which reflects positively on the establishment. I had an amazing experience here.

The new pizza bagel is the bomb. Mark loves the Nova Lox. Service was excellent. Joe has the best attitude and knows how to make a customer smile besides being accurate and efficient. We will be back!.
