Top sushi experience. 5 stars across the board. Food appeared and tasted delicious! I had the Daku mari roll, octopus roll, and Christmastree roll (recommended by the host). This place is top tier quality sushi. The service was fantastic. The host was very courteous over the phone and accommodating as soon as i walked through the door. The server we had was exceptionally kind, proactive and imformative. The chef came over toward the end of our meal and was very personable. Food was really something to write home about. Enjoyed the diversity amongst patrons and phenomenal level of service. Very impressed.

This IS the best sushi in VB and the surrounding areas. Like hands down. We have been to many sushi places and we’ve never had as fresh of sushi and rice. We love the ambiance and the freshness. It’s also extremely reasonable price for the quality! We’re big fans and have been dozens of times. A hidden gem in the area.

The sushi was fantastic and the service was quick and attentive. The rolls were very generous too and we actually ended up with a few extra pieces because we were so full. The restaurant itself has a very relaxing vibe and it’s in a fun location overall.

KYUSHU JAPANESE RESTAURANT REVIEWS

My wife and I were greeted upon entering the restaurant. We got seated right away and given menus and waitress took our drink orders. She was the only waitress working tonight but she did an excellent job serving everyone in a fast timely manner. We did not wait long for our food to come out. The presentation was nice and the food tasted great.

Customer service was great. Ice cold Sapporo with frosty glasses was a great touch. Had the miso and edamame and adagashi tofu , and a few sushi rolls. Everything tasted great and was quick too. Prices were really good too.

Great experience and prices! Had a party of 8 and we ate well. Service was consistently kind and accurate. The food was AMAZING! The fried sushi options are absolutely delectable!

Kappo is one of our family’s staple restaurants. We have been going here for years. Service is Always Fantastic- Food is Fantastic. It’s always a trusted meal that warms the soul. It makes me feel like I’m eating in NYC- as it’s a fun and unique place with top notch Ramen! You need to eat here.

The food provided for this experience was delicious. My girlfriend and I ordered the spicy miso soup and she witnessed firsthand how poorly my tastebuds handle spicy. The broth was amazing, noodles fantastic, and meat delicious. I am quoting her right now when saying "this made me happy".

First time. My friend told me about it and of course once I posted, everyone in my messages was like “Kappo Nara!” Definitely met expectations, so yummy, fresh, and flavorful. I got the chicken ramen and added mushrooms. I will def be back!
