Bruegger's Bagels

After reading all the complaints about this location being "understaffed" I have come to the conclusion that most of the people leaving reviews for this location have never worked a day in the food service industry. Any restaurants number one cost is labor. If people think it's just a matter of scheduling more employees then I have a rather large bomb to drop on them. The employees and managers at this location are among the best of any Brueggers location in the Twin Cities. They work hard with a smile on their face and they're always polite and efficient. Anyone who has a problem with them doing their best needs to dial down the drama. These guys are great. That comes from someone who spent 15 years working in the industry. Keep up the great work folks.

Consistently the best location I've visited. Staff are very warm and friendly, very conversational and helpful, and also seem authentically happy with their place of work. Don't be afraid to ask for recommendations, as you won't be disappointed. We visit this location more than a closer one purely due to its consistent attention to quality.

I’ve been ordering Bruegger’s from this location for a couple years now! On my last order I just received a free cookie! It was so unexpected. I know there is some of the best employees working today.
