SALUT BAR AMERICAIN REVIEWS
The croque madame was exceptional! Highly recommend that dish as it’s creamy and savory. The bouillabaisse was also spectacular. The toast paired well with the seafood soup. I really want to point out how pleasant the staff was. From the moment I walked in, I was treated very kindly. Catherine is a phenomenal server, attentive and personable. I didn’t catch the name of the hostess but she deserves high praise as well for warmly answering my questions. Finally, Sarah, the manager, was exceptional. Come to Salut Bar Americain for the amazing french cuisine. Become a regular for the hospitality.
Salut is perfect for dinner or just a nightcap thanks to their skilled bartenders, simple yet effective cocktail menu, and lively atmosphere. If you do go for dinner, the wines by the bottle are so well priced, you won't break the bank if you have a cocktail to start. The escargot was a great start and the pastry atop the mushroom tart was cooked to perfection but the star of the evening was the hangar steak with garlic butter and bernaise. Excellent value and great selection of wines by the glass too. Can't wait to try even more of the menu on their beautiful patio.
We've been to Salut a couple of times. They have great drinks and everything we've tried has been delicious. I'd recommend the mussels!

MERITAGE REVIEWS
Fantastic. A very stylish, classy restaurant. Great for date night with the Mrs, impressing your future in-laws or just the first date. It was nice to see young, middle-aged and seniors there with and without family. It looks like they have a few rooms for small parties. The wait staff was attentive and the food was scrumptious. I particularly enjoyed the French onion soup which I haven't had in a while. My wife was impressed with the salmon. There were no fails on any of the other dishes. The drinks were superb.
We absolutely adore this place. Great service (just tell them if you're looking for a more intimate experience because people are at your table often). Always get the oysters! We got the beef tartare with home made chips and it was so good. In the winter sometimes they have a lobster bisque and it's a MUST!
This was my husband and my first time there, and, it was the best experience I've ever had! We did the 5 course meal-excellent choice. Our server, Peter, was so awesome. He explained the tastings, the wines, and was so knowledgeable about everything on the menu. We will definitely be back there again. I will make sure to tell everyone to go there. It was the best birthday ever.

THE FRENCH HEN CAFE REVIEWS
The BEST Benedict. Of. My. Life. I've had tons of eggs Benedict and the Bahn Mi Benedict here was the best from the very first bite to the last. Pork isn't my go to for meat, but it was so savory and delicious. The hashbrowns were perfect, crispy on the outside and soft inside. The herb salad was fresh, refreshing, and light. The coffee was phenomenal. Wonderful atmosphere. Quick service. Friendly staff that went above and beyond without asking. I'm definitely coming back. Edit: Returned. Consistently delicious. The catfish in the blackened catfish eggs Benedict was the best catfish I've tasted. Perfectly seasoned.
I brought some out of town folks here to give them an experience and they loved it. There is a cute shop you can wander around in while you wait for a table and buy some scented candles. The food was spectacular. The Bahn MI Eggs Benedict is to die for! I often crave that for breakfast!
Love this spot for a cozy lunch with a friend. Had an awesome Banh Mi Benedict eggs and a blood orange mimosa. The other picture is a hash which was great as well!
