The Manager Stephanie Is So Kind, Caring & AMAZING With Her Customer Service Skills. I Wish She Could Work At All Food Establishments! I’m Currently Pregnant & Can’t Eat Much, Not Only Did She Read Off Ingredients To Me Of The Soups But She Also Gave Me Samples Of Both Soups! She Rang Me Up At A Different Counter So I Could Take My Time & She Was SO Patient While I Decided This Was My First Time At Panera & I Will Forever Return To This Location ONLY Specifically Because Of Her! She’s Amazing .

Always great service and my wife's favorite French onion soup. One time I forgot to get my smoothie and had to drive back and the lady working was apologetic and gave me free cookies even though I am the one who left my order behind. That's the kind of stuff that creates repeat business.

To start,this place is a bit understaffed right now. It's lunchtime, so you'd expect someone out in the diner area cleaning and wiping down tables. That being said, everyplace is short staffed right now and with the small crew they have currently they're absolutely doing great. My meal was high quality ingredients and very tasty. I had the flatbread pepperoni pizza and the broccoli Mac and cheese. It's an hour from home, but I'll make my way back sometime.
