I was referred to Docs bail bonds through someone and when I called, I spoke with Randy, who was very patient and helpful in providing me with information that I needed to do in case I needed to use them. He advised me of their processes and prices and was nicer than I expected from calling a bail bonds place. I did wind up having to use them, and I did have a miscommunication with one of the representatives in their office, but doc the owner, was nice enough to take the time to listen to my concern and the situation and made it right. Cindi is an amazing employee there and actually cares about each and every client that comes through that door and I really appreciate that especially for the purpose that people are needing to call in for their help. She was very helpful understanding and treats you like a person not a criminal. They explained everything step-by-step to make the process a lot easier for both myself and the co center trying to get me out. Reed is very nice and helpful over the phone. I definitely recommend Docs, especially knowing that he does care about his customers that he is helping! Thank you Docs and thank you Cindi for your great customer service.

This was our first time having to do a bail. Coming in and having no clue, we appreciate Reed for his patience and thoroughness. He explained everything very well. Told us what to expect at the jail. I recommend this place to anyone that needs a bail bond in Collin County. Super polite and fast.
