Straightforward, efficient, and trustworthy. We wanted a lawyer like we had back home - someone we knew. Moving here from out of state meant we didn’t think we would find that kind of relationship when we needed to update our estate plans. We talked to friends and interviewed a few firms. Meeting with Charlie in person helped us establish a good foundation upon which we could build the rapport we were looking for. He is patient in the process and quick in communicating via email. We appreciate his insight while providing options to achieve our goals. From the initial free consult to the draft session, to reading through every page before signing and being available for follow-up, we know we made the right choice in our estate plans and our lawyer.

Charlie was great to work with! He explained the difference between a Will and a Trust and which is best for our circumstances and wishes. Charlie also prepared our POA’s, (Financial, Medical), HIPAA Release, Directive, Guardianship, etc. We should have done our Estate Planning years ago, but glad we finally did something about it and found Charlie.

Charlie was very helpful. He explained every step of the process. He was also very patient and agreeable when we discovered errors in the information I gave him during our first online session.
