Such a great experience! Brian was very nice and helpful.. I was super stressed out about the whole thing and just wanted it done and over with. It was such a quick and painless process. In those moments where the unthinkable happens and your loved one is locked up, You are 2800 miles away with not much you can do. Ray stepped up and has been the eyes and ears I needed for my loved one. He worked with me until he was bonded. We kept in communication and he has gone above and beyond any other bond agent. I called several before talking with Ray, and none would help me because I am so far away and they considered my family who had just re-located there a flight risk. Ray took a chance on him and us and He finished his court and the bond was released but Ray continues to be a valuable contact when needed. Thank you so much. I wish I could give 10 stars but 5 is the max.
