It was a pleasure being a client at Benson & Bingham. Nellie Adami (my Case Manager) and Todd Alexander (my Attorney) were extremely helpful throughout my entire process. As someone who had no background knowledge on lawsuits, Nellie and Todd explained everything very thoroughly to me. They always made sure I was aware of where we were in the process, as well as what they were doing to work on my case. Nellie normally gave me phone calls to update me on every detail we had, and always checked in with me to make sure they were doing what I wanted. They gave me options for each step we took in the case, and gave me great advice to make the best decisions I could. This car accident was extremely traumatizing, but Todd and Nellie made the process a lot easier by reassuring me that it would all work out in the end.

I worked with two wonderful people Todd Alexander (Attorney) Nellie Adami (Case Manager) with Benson and Bingham. From the first day I came into the office I felt that both Todd and Nellie listened to my concerns and reassured me throughout the process. They communicated weekly with me, checking in and honestly cared how my son and I were recovering after the accident. I couldn’t have asked for a better team working on behalf of my son and I. Thank you for all you did during this difficult period of time!
