RHEINLANDER BAKERY REVIEWS
I LOVE this place! I go to Rheinlander regularly for baked goodies. I recently placed a larger order with them for the dessert spread at my wedding and it was wonderful! We had a variety of mini cakes and other small treats for our guests (along with wedding cake). Our guests loved it and couldn't stop talking about which mini cake was their favorite.
The bakery offers a great variety of baked goods and it is actually hard to choose which ones to get. In addition to the lovely organization of the bakery, it is impressive to see the staff baking in the background. I originally chose the banana and strawberry strudel which surprised me since it had cream cheese in it. The second try was a hit: the apple strudel is absolutely fantastic. Definitely a reason to come back.
We got four cakes from Rheinlander for our wedding, and we couldn't have been happier! For a bakery that not only delivers exquisite cakes but also caters to diverse dietary preferences (e.g., gluten-free, dairy-free), Rheinlander is our top choice.

KNEAD THE BAKERY REVIEWS
When you walk in the vibe is welcoming and relaxing. They took a square developer built box and created a space that allows you to enjoy the amazing baked goods they produce. Not sure about you all out there but being able to bring the kids somewhere that is clean, chill, working middle class decor (worn, rugged, not easily broken, practical, intelligently crafted) open, with a couple cool nooks with books is a rare and priceless thing. The ham and cheese croissants, danishes, Irish soda bread, cookies etc. are all spot on. Nothing fancy, processed, or over sugared to mask potential culinary shortcomings about any of it which is right up our alley. The staff is friendly, professional and all around an excellent addition to the already valued food. The prices are competitive so it's easy to walk out of their with much more than what you intended to sample and purchase. Get there early because they do run out of things, especially on the weekends. The location is off of Wads, the artery of the foothills suburbia. Lots of parking and easy to access. An easy decision to make when trying to figure out how you can treat yourself and your family after surviving another week.
Wow!! What a great hidden jem Knead the Bakery is!! Nice a cozy, plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your goodies. Very nice selection of pastries, and several kinds of fresh baked breads. The owner was so kind and answered several of questions and knew other customers by name. Everything I got was super fresh, soft and delicious Loved loved the bear claw!! Super soft and great almond paste filling! The cinnamon roll with custard was really good. Gotta say my new favorite bakery!! Will definitely become a regular.
I have been planning this stop for so long and finally made it! It’s really hard to choose with all these fresh and delectable items, so I’ll have to come back. The croissants are delicious, coffee is fresh, atmosphere is inviting and service is just charming! The coconut macaroons are a must! Don’t say I didn’t tell you! Much parking on a Friday morning.

GLUTEN FREE THINGS, INC. REVIEWS
I went into gluten free things again it’s just as great as the first time. They have so many allergen friendly breads, desserts, cookies, and cupcakes and you would never know they’re gluten free! Everything is moist and has a lot of flavor. I’ve bought the bread loaf before and it lasts longer than other brands I’ve bought in the past. They even have pumpkin items now for the Halloween season! If you’re looking for allergen friendly alternatives that have all the flavor off of a typical bread look no further. They have everything from burger buns and English muffins to dinner rolls and cookies.
They are absolutely incredible! They are always so sweet to me and my wife. The guys that run this place always remember their regulars and treat us so well! The food is the yummiest gluten free things I've ever had. It's so hard to find a celiac safe place these days and I feel so lucky to have found them. My only trouble is that I can't stop spending money here to get more goodies.
This place has great gluten free and allergy friendly options. Their bread is better than anything you can find at the grocery store. We like the english muffins, bagels, and edible cookie dough.
