"Niedlov's Bakery & Cafe is a family-owned and operated wholesale bakery and retail café that specializes in breads made with organic whole grains and natural leavening, without added sugars or preservatives. Their mission is to bring rustic, naturally leavened loaves to their friends and family in East Tennessee. All their breads and pastries are made by hand, using centuries-old techniques and pure ingredients. The bakery is an industrial-chic café & bakery with homemade breads, sandwiches & pastries, and a patio for coffee. NIEDLOV'S CAFE & BAKERY REVIEWS

This place lived up to the hype. We arrived early in the morning and there was already a crowd. We were able to order and sit with a party of 6 pretty easily though. Pastries are flaky and flavorful. We loved the omelette croissant and avocado toast breakfast items. Service was fast. Looks like a great place to grab a variety of breads as well. A definite must when in Chattanooga.

Worth every minute and every penny! It was busy when I visited, so I waited in a line that was out the door only to get to the front and realize I didn’t have my wallet. So I ended up going back through the line and even after all that, I would do it again. Truly incredible food. And to be honest, the line moved quickly and the food came out fast.

Fantastic croissants, coffee and breakfasts! Always a long line out the door because very popular place but also always moves quickly as staff are very efficient but also kind and friendly.. The only negative experience that I’ve had turned into a positive experience after they forgot to seat us during pizza night but then without us asking provided a delicious dessert free of charge. 10/10 recommend.

JACKSON BAKERY REVIEWS

I am disabled and have problems fixing a dish for covered dish meals for church or other functions. I love to stop by Jackson's and pick up a cake. Other deserts have leftovers, but Jackson's cakes are usually all gone by the end of the festivities.

I cannot recommend this bakery enough! We stopped by to pick up cream horns and apple fritters for a birthday celebration to honor my late mother and let the grandkids remember their nana. The cream horns are honestly the best we’ve ever had, and the apple fritters were absolutely amazing. The staff was so incredibly kind and tossed in a couple of thumbprint cookies at no extra charge. The kids absolutely loved them! That small act of generosity made a meaningful day even more special for our family. The pastries are flawless, but the genuine warmth and hospitality are what will keep us coming back.

The owner and employees are always very friendly and eager to answer questions. The thumb print sugar cookies are my favorite but I’ve nearly tried one of everything and you cannot go wrong. The apple fritters are a great choice. Their pricing is very reasonable for local homemade goods.

BREAD AND BUTTER REVIEWS

There's a local place on the Southside of Chattanooga that everyone downtown goes too and it's good but this place in Red Bank is BETTER THAN GOOD - IT'S FREAKING AWESOME!!! There is not one thing in this store that I haven't tried, that I haven't LOVED!!! The freshness, the quality, the taste omg the taste is way way way better than the place downtown. I'm not going to mention the name of the other place, everyone knows who they are but BREAD AND BUTTER I CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF YOU.

We love our little local bakery!!! Everything is terrific, but some favorites are the croissants, scones, grits sourdough bread, brownie & scoop cookie.

Victoria and her team do such an awesome job of turning out the finest baked goods in the area! The quality and the vibe is top-notch. Give them a try - you'll be glad you did.
