All their breads and pastries are made by hand, using centuries-old techniques and pure ingredients. The bakery is an industrial-chic café & bakery with homemade breads, sandwiches & pastries, and a patio for coffee. Their pastry menu includes traditional European-style viennoiserie of croissant, brioche, scones, as well as American classics like cookies, muffins, cinnamon rolls, and sticky buns. 2026 Highlights: Niedlov’s Bakery & Cafe, recognized as a semifinalist for the 2026 James Beard Awards, recently expanded its kitchen capabilities with a new commercial oven. The upgrade supports an updated menu featuring collaborations with local favorites Hoff & Pepper and Main Street Meats. The bakery also introduced Mini Croissant Beignets during its popular Friday Pizza Nights and remains a regular vendor at the Main Street Farmers Market."
