As soon as my first meeting with Mr Zeyer was over, I felt like a big weight had started to lift off of me and I felt hope again that I might be able to get a fresh start. Everything was easy to understand and the whole process was very well laid out and organized, which made it easy for me to do everything correctly and on time. My stress levels are way down and I see the light at the end of the tunnel. Mr Zeyer and the whole staff there are extremely friendly, helpful, and understanding. The payment plan is also amazing, it makes it so you can breathe financially while going through an already very stressful time. Handing the reins over to Mr Zeyer and his team is one of the best decisions I've made; and it was a difficult one; I'm much happier and feel like I am in good hands.

Karen Silva did a wonderful job leading my ex-wife and I to an equitable agreement. She responded quickly and with useful/helpful information whenever asked, and she handled the opposing counsel and their client very well. In the end, Karen restored the status quo in our divorce regarding parenting and I could not be more please with the result.

In 2015, I contacted Ms. Roedel to assist with custody and paternity concerns. At the time, I had two young boys whose mother lived out of the state. She came back to Idaho for a time during which we brought a little girl into the world. Shortly thereafter, the case grew highly complicated spanning multiple jurisdictions. Indeed, Kaylene mentioned it was one of the most complicated cases she had worked in her 25 years I never questioned Ms. Roedel's commitment to me or my children. She prepared in advance, communicated well, knew the issues, understood both sides, and reacted quickly to surprise scenarios. More than once I marveled at her ability to recall small details from mountains of case information. Initially, Ms Roedel wanted me to pursue a more aggressive approach which I declined... On occasion, I berate myself over that choice. She's busy. Dedicated. Highly ethical. And one of the finest people I have met.

Perhaps the thing that impressed me most about Kaylene was nothing was "sugar coated". She was very straight forward and told me what to expect each step of the way. Going through the process from start to finish, Kaylene kept me informed of each step and what the options were and what the risks were. There were no empty promises made just to keep the client happy which I know sometimes occurs when seeking counsel. I highly recommend Kaylene for any family court needs you might have.
