Richard is a great guy. He helped my father with CH13 bankruptcy and helped him keep the home. He also kept it real with me in regards to what I should do and didn't take my money to make a buck off me when he knew it wouldn't be in my best interest. You won't find bad reviews because of how he handles his cases. Only bad reviews are from people that are sensitive and don't like to hear the truth. Your attorney isn't supposed to be your friend anyways they're supposed to do what's in your best interest which is what Richard does. 5/5 would use again or recommend to a friend that needs help.

The assistance that I received from Mr. Sanders was great. The process was very smooth. I was kept abreast of all the different thinks that were going on that I did not understand. Miss Ashley was also a great help getting my computer set so I could access the review area on the website. Bankruptcy is not fun , but if you need to file for one,, do not hesitate to call Kohm and Associates for their wonderful help.
