10’s 10’s 10’s across the board, John was an amazing waiter, the barbecue culture authenticity is the best I’ve seen. The service treated us like royalty and the food was melt in your mouth flavorful, decadent heaven.

We visited from Utah and wanted some good local bbq. Our waitress had some great recommendations and we enjoyed the atmosphere! I definitely recommend stopping by!

We tried baby ribs, St. Louis ribs, beef briskets. They are all tender and good. Stana is friendly and provided great service! My kids and I had a great time!

The food was amazing. We lived in memphis and we are very picky BBQ eaters. We haven’t found anywhere in Florida that we like until Adam’s. The BBQ was amazing, the sauce is delicious and the sides were fantastic! Get the Mac n cheese. It was so creamy!!! I can’t wait to visit again. We will be back! They even took extra care for our gluten free daughter.

Great food. The ribs really don't need sauce. The rub they use is sweat and really good. Food came out fast. The broccoli cheddar bites can be a meal on their own. Maybe it was just last night, but once you get your food, you're on your own.

Ribs were delicious! Collard greens were good, sweet potato fries were great, and Mac and cheese was pretty awful.

MOJO HOGTOWN BAR-B-QUE REVIEWS

Came to this place wanting BBQ after a long day of exploring a national park. Man this place definitely hit the spot we came here during lunchtime and it was not crowded. We were seated right away and our server was super helpful. For starters we had the most delicious burnt ends in Gainesville. The meat was juicy. And for my entree I had the Two-Meat Combo which consisted of The Texas Hot Links and the Pulled Pork Shoulder accompanied by a side of sweet mashed potatoes and smoked yellow corn and I got that with a slice of toast. My father got the Beef Brisket with a side french fries and coleslaw. The coleslaw wasn’t the best but our waitress was able to switch it out for some smacking mac & cheese. The restaurant itself was clean and I liked the industrial interior.

I opted for a take out of Brunswick Stew & am extremely impressed! The young man who took my order was so helpful he even brought my order out to my car because parking was at a premium. So thankful to him, I think his name was Dylan but I'm not sure. The stew was perfect, just the right amount of heat & every bite was delightful! I will definitely be back & suggest you give it a try, it's totally worth it!

Came right at lunchtime had an amazing Burned ends Dinner with the best onion rings.
