Lori Johnson Walls and Greg are the owners of the Johnson's Boucaniere. Their specialties include Boudin, smoked and unsmoked sausages, and Tasso. The BBQ and smoked meats are made with special rubs and sauces created by Greg Walls, giving them a unique and rich flavor. Guests can enjoy their meals on a spacious covered porch, which is heated and cooled for comfort all year round. The restaurant combines old traditions with modern flavors, creating a unique dining experience. Gift cards are also available, so customers can share the experience with others. 2026 Update: They provide catering services for events or office parties, either on-site with porch rental or for pick-up. Johnson’s Boucaniere also rents its indoor and outdoor dining areas for events, with space for 30-35 guests. Their exterior porch and pergola can accommodate an additional 50-60 guests.
