Warren. V. Norred has been deeply engaged in the local community, leaving behind a remarkable legacy of achievements. Notably, he played a pivotal role in establishing Arlington Classics Academy, a groundbreaking start-up charter school that stood as the largest of its kind in the nation during its inception. Presently, Warren contributes to its progress by serving on the Board of Directors. Additionally, he actively participated in the "District of Innovation" process for Mansfield ISD and regularly engages with public school conferences. Beyond his involvement in education, Warren has dedicated his legal expertise as a volunteer counsel for the Tarrant County Republican Party, where he also holds a position as a precinct chair. His passion for politics led to his election to the State Republican Executive Committee, an esteemed position within the governance of the Texas GOP. Recognized for his contributions, Warren was invited to join the Board of Managers of the Tarrant County Hospital District, which oversees John Peter Smith Hospital.
