Crystal and her co-workers were great during our 7am visit on a Monday morning this summer. We liked the atmosphere inside but the neighborhood is slightly blighted. We did not order the pumpkin pancakes of Food Network game. We got grilled cornbread and ciabata French toast. Hot chocolate was good and our water glasses were refilled like 6 times. Decor is typical diner antique, which is fun for phone free conversation. Cornbread was dry but the mushroom and drizzled flavored it up nicely. Mashed potato has cheese in it which added some extra flavor there. French toast was as expected with fresh berries on top. A variety of patrons, seating options, and knowledge of food allergies added to this pleasant experience.

24th Street Cafe is a fantastic spot for a casual lunch or brunch, especially when you need to meet up with your girls. The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy, making it the perfect place to relax and catch up while enjoying a delicious meal. The menu offers a variety of tasty options, from fresh salads to hearty sandwiches, and everything is made with high-quality ingredients. Service is always friendly, and the staff makes you feel right at home. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a leisurely brunch, 24th Street Cafe is a solid choice that never disappoints.

Food was freaking bomb biscuits and gravy on point tritip omelet and country potatoes were fire asf chicken fried steak hash browns and scrambled eggs were on point as well....it was my 1st time and I travel everywhere trying new food and this a good spot that I'd recommend and revisit good job 24th street cafe.

Wow! Very fortunate to find this gem as we passed through the city. Had this been in remotely close to where we live we’d be regulars. Cannot wait to eat here again. Food was spectacular (tried the Greek Eggs and schnitzel salad, both perfect and made with fresh ingredients), was beautifully presented, the service was most friendly, and decor is lovely and well thought through. Really can’t point out one thing we didn’t love about this place. Very well done.

This is a great, cute Cafe we found on a road trip. The drinks are great! And their sandwiches were very very tasty. I had their mushroom sandwich and a matcha. I also tried their pumpkin pie. Yumm. I liked the whole style and vibes of this place.

Great food options with a tremendous diversity. They do it all. And it's fresh & healthy! Loved it! Lovely staff and great ambiente as well! <3.

Totally amazing Breakfast and lunch! We experienced an amazing Diner experience! They have an amazing collection of Bakersfield Nostalgia for you to enjoy while you experience your awesome breakfast or lunch! I had the Chicken Fried Steak Breakfast with a side order of Pancake! Totally recommend ordering the Half portion! My wife enjoyed the Chili Verde Omelette with Biscuits and Gravy! Also amazing! Great food and great people.

Great place, Hawaiian toast is a must, tried the pastrami sandwich and couldnt see the bread because of the amount of meat, delicious.

That's great atmosphere.Love the food huge Servings of food. The vegetarian omelet was perfect.
