I loved the self-service approach with attentive staff quietly clearing away dishes, keeping the table tidy without interrupting your experience. The design is charming, with the bar and order counter thoughtfully separated, creating a great flow. Plus, the big screen TVs make it the ideal spot to hang out with friends and catch your favorite game. Highly recommended for any occasion.

We went there because of the good reviews and they turned out to be true. Food was delicous, well seasoned, generous portions. Prices were completely ok. Definetly worth visiting. You can order by yourself or with service.

Great food!! The best burger in Bakersfield hands down!! Great quality for a great price. Also a great place to meet or watch a game.

By far the best brisket I have ever tasted!!! The food here is just great! Quick service and decent seating. We love their mac and cheese aswell as their green beans. But trust me when I say their brisket is delicious.

We were driving home to Long Beach and were told TO BE SURE to stop at Salty's. It was so worth it Dynamite BBQ meat and outstanding jalapeño mac and cheese People super nice too.

I live in Utah now and every time I come to Bakersfield I always have to get a pulled pork sandwich from Salty’s. Hands down best barbecue west of the Mississippi.

A very popular neighborhood BBQ shop as they offer delicious BBQ items. Tried the 4 meat platter which is huge for even two people. The Saturday afternoon I came was out of stock for chicken and pork ribs. I tried the Pulled pork and the pit beef which are tender. The Briskets and Tri-tip are juicy in taste. The two sides are Mac N Cheese and Cold Slaw. I suppose Cold Slaw is good while Mac N Cheese is too heavy as there would be much cheese at the base. They offer 4 different kinds of dipping sauce , the mustard one and the BBQ one both worth a try. The staff are friendly here. By the way, they have many cute decorations of pigs all over the store, like paintings and small statues.

Honestly some of the best ribs I've ever had in my life. It fell off the bone perfectly and completely melted in my mouth. Absolutely incredible! The sides were good too- the fried okra and hush puppies were delicious and fresh! I would DEFINITELY visit again!! 10/10.

Amazing food. I got the hot links, tri tip, and brisket. You do NOT need a knife. The meats were so tender and flavorful. This is probably the best BBQ place in Bakersfield… Kern County, even! They do meats right here.
