3 Best Cafe in Honolulu, HI

Our server Elizabeth was AMAZING! We stopped by for brunch before a hike while visiting from out of town and she provided such great service that we talked about her the rest of our trip! She helped me pick my entree, gave us recommendations for places to go, and shared such a nice conversation with us. We wanted to go back to eat again just so we could see her! I had the Breakfast Bibimap which was amazing and we shared the Elvis Cinnamon Roll (which I believe was a special). My latte was also great! 10/10 definitely check this place out… and ask for Elizabeth.

Food tastes great. This was a welcome change from all the resort restaurants. Also frequented by locals who know excellent food. It also had vegetables, something we did not know we missed until we had it! We loved the dumplings, and the folks fought for the bacon. The bread pudding was excellent and the decorations were nice. However, what I was impressed with was the service. The people were extremely accommodating and worked everything on their end to make this a fantastic experience. The singing helped (my guess someone had a birthday.) Will come again.

Delicious food, great and friendly service, clean place and facilities. I enjoyed Ava toast and biscuits with butter and tropical jam. All dishes were freshly made and simply delicious. Update: I got ohayou eggs next day for breakfast. Simply delicious and filling in.

Came here for my birthday brunch, it wasn't the first choice based on some reviews but because it was open after church, this is where we ended up. I'm so glad we did. They make everything in house. Hubby ordered the chicken and waffles. Waffle was crisp and light. Ample juicy fried chicken breast, and the maple syrup was good, but could have used a bit more cayenne for more kick. I ordered the avocado toast combo with a poached egg and Portuguese sausage. The focaccia was super tender and light and just crispy on the outside. The egg was perfection and the pickled onions made the dish sing. Also ordered the blueberry cream cheese scone, also made in house. Scone was so soft and tender, very delicious. So all in all a fantastic birthday breakfast. The staff was so helpful in recommending good options and quick on refills and coffee. Food came out pretty quickly too. I'll be back and highly recommend it to anyone.

Cute little place just on the other side of the river from Waikiki, my wife and I ate here 5 years ago when we first visited the island and loved the food so we made sure to come back this time… just as good! So we came back twice! I had the meat omelette and she had the croissant French toast which was one of the daily specials! A little on the pricier end but I would say worth it.

Such a cute little spot! You’ll most likely have to wait for a table but the line goes fairly quickly. Def recommend getting whatever is on special- today was the fried rice and peaches and cream waffle. I was impressed by the amount of food and how friendly all the staff were considering how busy it was.
